年始は湯布院に行き定番コースを周りました。
先ず、ロケーションが良い石窯pizza屋さん。

玉の湯でコーヒーに付いてくる自家製クッキーは楽しみの１つ。
売店でも販売しているのですが、売り切れが多いので、早めの購入を勧めます。
食事は尊敬する料理家 辰巳芳子 先生が携わっている事もあり食材の良さ、確かな味を堪能する事が出来る。

小腹がすいたところで そば花野の十割蕎麦。
マシュマロのような山芋のとろろ蕎麦もお勧め。
