Miami was real fun and definetly better than my previous visit in 2003. We had a dope Phlash & Friends party to launch the Deep Electronic Sound cd. Also i enjoyed spinning for the Dae Recordings and Jazzanova vs Bugz parties. Highlights were finally being able to play some new Lil Louis stuff [buy the cd!] and hearing Lil Louis dropping his new songs at the Soulheaven party, meeting up with Sadar and Donna McGhee [!!!], finally hooked up with Pirahna & Diviniti, nuff Phlash action, my private dancer and more....Pictures legenda: Phlash in his Minotaur tee shirt, Phlash Trus'me Karl Injex Mike Clark Bopstar Roland Appel, Karl the wine connoisseur who really want to boogie, view from rooftop at Aaron Dae's party, me + Phlash, Claas deep in the mix with Daz, Daniel holding the party together, crowd at the Jazza vs Bugz party.

Few shots from the great weekend in New York...some flicks from the amazing Ma Sound first party at Sub Mercer, a great old school present from Khairi, record findings at A1, Good Records and especially at Ari's and a wonderful piece by our friend Mode 2 . Leaving for the States in a couple of days, here are the flyers of our Phlash & Friends party in Miami and another party I will do for Dae recording on the wednesday 25th in the afternoon. The same day I should also play some soul and boogie at the infamous Jazzanova vs Bugz session, so quite an hectic day in a pure Miami WMC style!

Getting ready for next week...haven't been to the States since 2002 so I am looking forward to check the post Bush era! Hope by then the Dow Jones does +10% so everyone is happy....us italians too!

Alex was here in Italy for a weekend in Ferrara to play at the great Black Box club. Was so good to catch up with him after nearly 2 years! Funny enough, I'll see him again in 2 weeks for the first Ma session in New York....ooops did I reveal a secret too soon?

GP MOVING

After a good year and a half of great and successful parties at Lokomotiv club in Bologna, Garage Paradise will move to new venues and adventures. Due to the lack of style and blindness of the club's management we quit and decided to move and do a couple of one offs before the end of the summer [watch out for a BIG event in April]. More Bologna pressure starting again from October '09 in a venue to be announced! Big Up to all the crew [Max, Riccio, Paolo, Luca, Gino, Vice, Fede] for a fantastic season!
