Looking forward to the first book from Scott Schuman, also known as 'The Sartorialist'.
Having serious computer issues this month, sorry for the delay!
I couldn't let this month path without paying a little homage to Michael Jackson (even though there are enough of tribute mixes to go around). I tried to give you some different versions, covers and mixes.
Mixed in are some new gems from Karizma, Rainer Truby, Kay Suzuki and Dam Funk. Enjoy!

NYC designers Common Projects have hooked up with old school eyewear retailer Sol Moscot on a pair of limited edition "Type One" sunglasses. Limited to 300 pairs.

Much love to Emery and Jozan, two of my best friends, who were married last weekend in Jamaica. I'm really sad that I wasn't able to make it at the last minute, but I'll see you soon!

Recently discovered a young new designer Hyden Yoo who is making some really nice stuff.

Wednesday night we successfully launched the new Exilim underwater 5.1 megapixel camera phone for Casio. To commemorate the launch, we tapped 14 photographers, fashion designers, surfers and other creatives to document a week in their life. The images were then compiled into a book (one of the first strictly camera phone books ever?) and projected throughout the launch event. Oh yeah, we also suspended the phone in custom water tanks showcasing their ability to play video and slideshows while fully submerged.
NY Times, Style.com and C-Net were all in the house along with a host of downtown artists and celebrities. Jay Lew was in the house to capture the vibe.
See more on our new exposure blog.

As you can imagine, my man Henry's photos of MJ's Neverland are in high demand right now.

If you've been following the radio show then you are probably already familiar with a great artist that I've been working with over the last year. Leon King is a very talented singer, guitarist and songwriter out of London. Upon hearing his early demo songs, I knew that we had to do something together-- so here we are with the first EP on our MFT label.
Available now digitally as well as on CD and 12". Listen and buy it here.

I never thought Visvim would be the brand to go online, but I guess the power of e-commerce is undeniable.
Last night they launched book-style Visvim.tv. We like.

It's been a whirlwind week. After the great night at MFT, Mr. Izumi arrived in town to do some preliminary work/planning. Special thanks to Tetsuro. Watch this space.
