Wednesday night we successfully launched the new Exilim underwater 5.1 megapixel camera phone for Casio. To commemorate the launch, we tapped 14 photographers, fashion designers, surfers and other creatives to document a week in their life. The images were then compiled into a book (one of the first strictly camera phone books ever?) and projected throughout the launch event. Oh yeah, we also suspended the phone in custom water tanks showcasing their ability to play video and slideshows while fully submerged.

NY Times, Style.com and C-Net were all in the house along with a host of downtown artists and celebrities. Jay Lew was in the house to capture the vibe.
